Bonnie Appi, MSW, LISW-CP

Counselor

Bonnie is a Licensed Social Worker who provides valuable, client-centered therapy to those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, family relationship struggles, and marital strain. Rather than adopt a one-size-fits-all methodology, she draws from a variety of techniques to create a tailored approach for each individual and situation. She cooperatively assists her clients in clarifying their goals for treatment because when people have hope and safety, they learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes to experience change…that’s when healing happens.
When we talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.
