While person-centered therapy is the heart of my work, I also integrate Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Trauma Focused, Grief-Therapy, Play and Art Therapy, and Solution-Focused strategies to help you build practical skills and find pathways forward during life’s moments and challenges. I am always flexible and find importance in meeting everyone where they are at with their journey.
I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, stress, faith and identity exploration, and mood challenges. I enjoy walking alongside adolescents and adults as they navigate change, discover strengths, and reconnect with hope. I hope to create a space where we can uncover the true values and purposes of your life that create meaningful success!
