Meet the Clinical Team!

Throughout her career, Tamara has done extensive work utilizing Internal Family Systems (IFS) to assist clients in safely exploring and healing core vulnerabilities. She also brings a strong background in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those on the Autism Spectrum. Tamara uses a deeply neurodiversity affirming perspective in her practice, focusing on celebrating differences, honoring authentic communication styles, and collaborating with clients to build environments where they can truly thrive.
To help clients center themselves, Tamara teaches how physiology impacts emotions, incorporating education on the nervous system alongside somatic therapy to gently release stored trauma and stress in the body. Believing therapy should be as unique as the individual, Tamara uses a robust selection of therapeutic modalities. She integrates CBT and Behavior Activation (BA) to reframe thought patterns, ACT for resilience, and assertiveness training to improve relationships. Central to her practice are social justice approaches, validating the systemic impacts on mental health.
Ultimately, Tamara believes therapy is about adapting and flourishing. She is committed to being an empathetic guide, empowering her clients through self-discovery to live up to their full potential.
