Julie has gained experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the field of Hospice for over eleven years providing bereavement and grief therapy to both individuals and in a group setting. Her therapeutic approach depends on the clients’ goals and needs. She has found the practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness based practices, and Evidence based counseling strategies to be therapeutic.

When not working, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and her two Goldendoodles, River and Tonka.

Sarah has been a practicing clinical therapist for 20+ years working with a diverse
population both in the US and the UK. She works with adults using a cognitive-
behavioral and psychodynamic approach, tailored to the unique needs of each client. Sarah believes we can learn to manage the emotional pain that comes with difficult situations. And in doing so, we can achieve lasting change leading to a happier, more peaceful life.
Sarah enjoys working with those who are experiencing chronic illnesses and
complications, terminal illnesses, grief and loss, and life transitions. She offers family and caregiver counseling as it relates to grief and loss or adjusting to complicated medical diagnoses. She also works with those experiencing anxiety and depression (including antenatal and postpartum depression). Sarah especially enjoys working with the 65+ population.
