She is trained to provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing as well as other evidence-based therapeutic approaches. She believes that having an eclectic toolbox when it comes to providing therapy allows her to tailor her therapy to the needs of each of her clients.

Department of Mental Health as a Clinical Care Coordinator. During this time she
earned a certification as an Integrated Care Manager. Tiffany went on to work
with SC Vocational Rehabilitation Department as a Vocational Counselor. After
earning licensure as a Professional Counselor Tiffany transitioned to work with
SC Dept. of Corrections where she earned certificates in Rehabilitation
Counseling and Correctional Health Professions. Tiffany has worked with many
populations including adults, children, corrections, juvenile justice, social
services, employment counseling, and disability counseling. She also has
experience with quality assurance and compliance monitoring.

Some of her other focuses are working with people experiencing maladaptive coping skills, interpersonal issues, life stress, and struggles with maintaining wellness, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. Her approach to counseling encompasses using Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Person-Centered Therapy (PCT).
She uses an empathetic approach to help address thoughts and behaviors interfering with decision making, creating a safe environment to begin to process the effects of these decisions, and help develop the tools and skills necessary to live a healthier life.
