I’m here to support you throughout your journey to becoming the best you.

Some of the modalities of treatment I use are Person-Centered therapy,
Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavior therapy, Grief therapy, and
Trauma-Informed therapy; however, I will tailor your treatment to your individual needs. First and foremost, though, I will help you feel safe, comfortable, validated, and supported. Her approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in empathy and deep respect for each client’s unique story. Candice works with adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, identity development, anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of trauma.
Candice believes therapy should be a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. She leads with warmth, integrity, and a deep belief in the resilience of the human spirit. Her goal is to walk alongside clients as they build clarity, confidence, and lasting emotional strength.

Christian utilizes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy (PCT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Grief Therapy. He is also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), allowing him to provide specialized support for individuals navigating trauma-related concerns.
He has experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, grief, and chronic health conditions such as sickle cell disease. Christian works with adolescents and adults, offering a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
