I graduated in May 2020 with a Master of Science in Marriage, Family, and Couples
Therapy, and I have been working with clients in a therapeutic setting for about two years. My previous experience in case management and child protection spans over 20 years, which has deepened my understanding of the challenges many of us face.
If you’re looking to unlearn self-defeating behaviors, confront negative thoughts, rediscover your sense of purpose, feel genuinely heard, improve your relationships, or gain insight into your children’s experiences, I would love to meet with you. I proudly support the LGBTQIA+ community and have walked alongside individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, involvement with Child Protection Services, and those who may just need a compassionate ear.
I am here to walk this path with you, helping you reclaim control of your life and emotions. You are not alone in this journey. Let’s go ahead and take it together.
