Lauren’s approach is grounded in meeting clients exactly where they are, while gently guiding them toward greater clarity, balance, and fulfillment. Her style is warm, attuned, and intentional—creating a space that feels both supportive and quietly transformative. She values depth, authenticity, and insight, helping clients move beyond surface-level coping and into meaningful, lasting change.
Integrating Motivational Interviewing and narrative therapy with evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Lauren offers a tailored and thoughtful therapeutic experience. Her background in crisis intervention allows her to remain steady and grounded, even in high-pressure or emotionally intense situations, while helping clients develop resilience, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self.
Lauren has a particular passion for working with adolescents and young adults who are navigating identity development, relationship dynamics, and the internal pressures that often accompany periods of growth and transition. She also supports clients experiencing anxiety, stress, self-esteem challenges, and emotional dysregulation, with a focus on helping them feel more aligned, confident, and present in their lives.
Lauren provides a discreet, nonjudgmental space where clients can step away from external expectations and reconnect with themselves. Her goal is to help each client cultivate a life that feels not only manageable, but deeply fulfilling and aligned with who they are.
