Meet the Clinical Team!
Sarah has been a practicing clinical therapist for 20+ years working with a diverse
population both in the US and the UK. She works with adults using a cognitive-
behavioral and psychodynamic approach, tailored to the unique needs of each client. Sarah believes we can learn to manage the emotional pain that comes with difficult situations. And in doing so, we can achieve lasting change leading to a happier, more peaceful life.
Sarah enjoys working with those who are experiencing chronic illnesses and
complications, terminal illnesses, grief and loss, and life transitions. She offers family and caregiver counseling as it relates to grief and loss or adjusting to complicated medical diagnoses. She also works with those experiencing anxiety and depression (including antenatal and postpartum depression). Sarah especially enjoys working with the 65+ population.
I tailor my approach to fit your unique needs, whether you’re navigating a specific challenge, seeking personal growth, or wanting to explore other aspects of your life. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel free to be your authentic self. Taking the first step requires courage, and I’m here to support you throughout your journey!
